SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive one-time verification codes via SMS or email. Standard carrier messaging rates may apply for SMS. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. Transactional messages (e.g., OTP codes, booking confirmations) are necessary for the service to function.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Service providers you choose to engage through the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Use of the Application

• You may use My Travel Guardian solely for lawful personal travel and service purposes.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access unauthorized data, disrupt services, or impersonate other users.

3. One-Time Passcode (OTP) Login

You consent to receive a one-time verification code via SMS or email each time you sign in. By providing your phone number or email, you authorize My Travel Guardian to send these codes. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply for SMS.

4. Location Services

The app requests access to your device location to provide nearby service results. Location access is optional and can be revoked in your device settings, though this will limit functionality.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

My Travel Guardian connects you with independent third-party service providers. We do not employ or directly control these providers and are not responsible for their actions, quality of service, or pricing. Your engagements with providers are subject to their own terms.

6. Bookings & Payments

Services booked through the app are subject to availability and provider confirmation. Payment terms are determined by the individual provider. My Travel Guardian does not process payments directly unless stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology in the app are the property of My Travel Guardian or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. My Travel Guardian is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or reliance on service providers found through it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app or email.
